Your Role
As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will design and deliver training programs for CDA’s clients, ranging from technical certification courses to executive awareness sessions, adapted to the diverse profiles of African organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update training content aligned with international frameworks
- Deliver onsite, remote and hybrid training sessions
- Develop practical exercises, case studies and simulation scenarios
- Evaluate participants and produce training completion reports
- Contribute to the development of CDA’s training catalogue
Profile Required
- Solid technical background in cybersecurity (3+ years of practice)
- Experience in training delivery or pedagogy is a strong advantage
- Relevant certification (CISSP, CEH, CISM, ISO 27001 LA or equivalent)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Passion for knowledge transfer and capacity building in Africa
