O Togo e Moçambique oficializaram um novo acordo de cooperação em cibersegurança que posiciona ambos os países como atores-chave no reforço da resiliência digital em todo o continente africano.
A parceria foi assinada em Maputo, durante a primeira Semana Internacional de Cibersegurança de Moçambique.
Uma Parceria Assente em Forças Complementares
Nos últimos anos, o Togo destacou-se como um dos reformadores mais dinâmicos do mundo no domínio da cibersegurança. Segundo a União Internacional das Telecomunicações (UIT), o Togo registou a progressão mais rápida a nível mundial entre 2018 e 2024 no Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI).
Um Quadro de Cooperação Prática e Operacional
As equipas nacionais de resposta a incidentes (CSIRTs) irão colaborar nos seguintes eixos : – Partilha de informações e inteligência sobre ameaças em tempo real – Programas conjuntos de reforço de capacidades – Respostas coordenadas a incidentes cibernéticos – Transferência de conhecimento técnico – Troca de boas práticas de governação cibernética
Como operadora do CERT.tg, a Cyber Defense Africa (CDA) apoiará a execução técnica da parceria.
